Administration

If you are an Administrator you can click the Admin button on the left navigation frame. You will be prompted for your administrator user name and password.

All maintainers and their passwords are stored in a text file on the server. The passwords are strongly encrypted.

All the 'Maintainers From Database' are displayed in a drop down list.

Every maintainer added to this file will be able to access the update form. You can only add Maintainers to the password file if they exist in the IRR Database. Therefore, an administrator will have to add the initial RPSL entry.

If a maintainer looses his/her password then that person will have to report to the Administrator to receive a new password.

If there is no activity for over 5 minutes you will be required to log in again.
